#12 – Wild Salmon is Your Friend
Women and men who eat salmon and other types of fish were likely not to get polyps in their colon tissue, which can ultimately turn into colon cancer.
Salmon is especially a great food for preventing colon cancer. This fish contains omega-3 fatty acids, which has a plethora of cancer-prevention properties. Also, if you want to reduce your risk of blood cancer, and non-Hodgkin’s lymphoma, you should eat fish at least three times per week. Women who have an increased risk of endometrial cancer should eat fatty fish to reduce that risk.
