#9 – Get Some Sun Exposure
Vitamin D is unique vitamin because it is the only vitamin out there your body can’t produce by itself. That is why you should spend some time in the sun, at least 15 minutes every day. This will allow your body to get some Vitamin D.
Now, Vitamin D does many great things to our cells. It allows our cells to communicate and it promotes healthy cell maturation. However, when there is no Vitamin D in the body, your cells can behave insanely and develop cancer. So, opt for getting some sun exposure, at least 15 minutes per day.
