#17 – Walk for 30 Minutes
This one is for you, dear women, however, the men can also find this tip useful. Now, several studies have shown that women who walk every day for more than 30 minutes have less risk of developing some types of cancer. For example, women who walked every day for 30 minutes had a 40% less chance of developing breast cancer and ovarian cancer.
This is because when you are active, your estrogen levels are moderated which means less chance of getting that nasty breast cancer. Now, regarding men, walking reduces their risk of developing the sinister pancreatic cancer.
