#17 – Respond With Kindness
If you work in a retail shop, the chances are that you meet with angry customers almost every day. And we know how awkward or angry you feel when a customer yells at your or puts you down.
Although everyone would punch a person yelling at them and roasting them, you should never respond with anger to if a customer yells at you. Instead of falling on the level of your angry customer, be nice and respond them with kindness. Your kindness will either diffuse the whole situation or make it worse. Either way, you will come out as a winner.
